2019 Modern Domestic Patchwork Society Annual Membership, Alberta St Store, Second Wednesday monthly, 10am - 12pm
Skill Level: Advanced Beginner
Patchwork Society is a monthly club that provides community, modern design inspiration, and loads of new quilting techniques. At each two-hour monthly meeting you will build skills while we guide you through trying new tools and tricks. Patchwork Society is a lecture/demo class with the opportunity to try the techniques that are presented each month during the meeting. Each meeting will also include show-and-tell, time to sew, and the chance to make like-minded friends!
For 2019 Patchwork Society, we are excited to work from the new book ‘Inspiring Improv’ by Nicholas Ball. Each month will feature a lively demo using Nicholas’s approach to improv piecing by exploring step-by-step building blocks of the eight piecing techniques he uses throughout his book. By the end of the year you will have a unique improv quilt to cherish for years to come!
With your membership, you will be joining us for one year (ten meetings) of Patchwork Society fun.
