Class Cancellation Policy

1. Full payment is due to secure your spot upon signing up for classes, workshops, labs, and/or private lessons.
2. 100% of class fee is refundable or transferable to another class if cancellation is done 72 hours before the start of your class, workshop, lab, and/or private lesson.
3. There is NO REFUND NOR TRANSFER OF FUNDS TO ANOTHER CLASS IF WE RECEIVE NOTIFICATION OF YOUR INABILITY TO ATTEND CLASS WITH LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE. No-shows forfeit any refund or exchange.
4. If you are sick, we ask that you take steps to protect yourself and others by staying home or masking. If you test positive for Covid-19, we ask that you stay home. We do provide hand sanitizer upon request and encourage regular hand washing prior to sharing tools and spaces.

We hold this Class Cancellation Policy to ensure our teachers are compensated for their time, and other students waiting for spots in full classes are not missing class opportunities due to late cancellations.  Thank you for your understanding.
