Covid-19 Shipping: We have been experiencing heavy volumes of orders, while at the same time have scaled back on staffing for physical distancing. We are processing orders within 24-48 hours. Please know that our limited staff are diligently working to ship orders as quickly as possible. If you are local and need your order quickly, please consider selecting curbside pick up at either of our locations.
We make every effort to ship orders out in a timely matter. Every in-stock order will go out within 48 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) of placing the order. If there is a problem with your order such as a fabric running short, we will call or email you within two business days of receiving your order to see how you would like to handle the issue.
You will get an email confirmation when you place your order, and also when your order ships, including a tracking number. Please be sure to check your spam folder if you do not see these within 3 business days of placing your order. If you don't receive a confirmation email of your order or shipping confirmation, please email us at [email protected] and let us know.
We use USPS for shipping, except in cases of sewing machines and/or larger orders which are shipped via FedEx. At this time, we only ship within the United States.
We do our best to keep our rates low despite constantly rising shipping costs. Your shipping includes packaging and handling fees, and you will receive a tracking number once it has shipped. Purchasing more items will give you the best value on shipping.
US orders under $75: $7.50

Fabric, Notions & Accessories Returns
If you receive the wrong item, are missing an item, or an item was damaged, please email us at [email protected] within 72 hours of receiving your package and we will gladly fix the mistake and absorb all shipping costs associated with this.
We are sorry, but there are no returns on cut fabric goods. If you are unsatisfied with your notions, thread or any other packaged item for any reason, we will gladly accept a return for full refund, store credit or exchange within 60 days of date of original purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your shipping costs or cover the cost of shipping a return to us. For any returned merchandise, please be sure to include your order number, email address and phone number so that we can process your return faster.
For exchanges, you are responsible for all additional shipping costs. Please notify us at [email protected] that you are sending an exchange and what you would like in return, and we will set the new items aside for you until the exchange is received.
Full payment is due to secure your spot upon signing up for a class. 100% of class fee is refundable or transferable to another class if cancellation is done at least 72 hours before class. There is NO REFUND NOR TRANSFER OF FUNDS TO ANOTHER CLASS IF WE RECEIVE NOTIFICATION OF YOUR INABILITY TO ATTEND CLASS WITH LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE. Sorry, we are not able to make exceptions. This ensures the teachers are compensated for their time, and other students waiting for spots in full classes are not missing class opportunities due to late cancellations. No-shows forfeit any refund or exchange.
Machines are fully refundable for 7 days after date of purchase. Machine MUST include all accessories, parts and the original machine box. You also must not have registered your warranty card. If any items are missing, we will have to reorder and you will be deducted for missing items.
