Notches Moriko Pattern

Moriko is your go-to all-in-one pattern for knit fabrics, offering endless versatility. Create wardrobe staples like fitted T-shirts, tank tops, long sleeves and casual knit dresses for every season, or design a show-stopping festive outfit with her unique paneling, one shoulder variant and optional slits. A pattern that you can use over and over again, for the price of a box of chocolates!

This is a fitted design, specifically created for stretchy fabrics and intended to sit snugly. The pattern doesn’t include much negative ease, making it suitable for fabrics with a lower stretch percentage (as little as 20%). If you're between sizes, we recommend selecting the smaller size for the best fit. Additionally, if you choose a fabric with a high stretch percentage, sizing down is advised.

Only stretch fabrics are suitable for this pattern. These can be knitted fabrics (tricot) such as jersey, French terry, punta di roma etc, or woven fabrics provided they are very elastic (at least 20%). Woven fabrics without elasticity are not suitable for this pattern.

The pattern doesn't have a lot of negative ease, allowing you to use fabrics with a relatively low stretch percentage of 20 to 30%. If your fabric stretches more than that, we recommend making a size smaller for a nicely fitting garment.
