Supporting the Arts at King Elementary School

We’re excited to announce a special opportunity to support the arts at King Elementary School! This beautiful, handmade Community Quilt is being raffled off, with all proceeds directly benefiting the school's arts programming. This stunning quilt is the result of collaborative efforts from our 2026 Modern Domestic Community Sew & Swap.

About the Quilt: Each block was pieced by a community member during our Spring Sew & Swap Event. The quilt is a vibrant, colorful design that represents the creativity that thrives at King Elementary School. Featuring a mix of fabrics, textures, and artistic expressions, it’s a true work of art that reflects the beauty and aesthetic of our shop and community. Whether displayed in your home or given as a special gift, this quilt will serve as a lasting reminder of your support for the arts.

- Prizes: First Prize wins this gorgeous quilt! There will be 3 winners :) 

1st - The Community Quilt

2nd - Longarm Basic Class, Qmatic Class, or Full Day Rental (depending on skill)

3rd - Sew Basic Class or $50 Gift Card

- Tickets: 1 ticket $10, Buy 5, get your 6th free! Purchase tickets in store and online (webstore). 

- Drawing Date: Wednesday, September 30th, 2026

- How to Enter: Purchase your tickets online or at Modern Domestic.

- Proceeds: All funds raised will go toward supporting arts programming at King Elementary School, including supplies, workshops, and extracurricular activities.
